It includes:

• Location for the ceremony on the beach

• Minister or Judge for ceremony

• 30 white chairs (Avant-garde)

• Sparkling wine for the toast after the ceremony

• Basic system  audio available during the ceremony.

Symbolic ceremony:

It is performed by a non-denominational minister. A deposit of $ 250 USD will be requested to block the date and time. This payment will be applied to your master account and can be used to purchase additional services, but is non-refundable if not used or canceled. Symbolic ceremonies are not Legal. The bride and groom must arrive at least (3) business days (Monday - Friday, excluding arrival and wedding date) prior to the wedding ceremony to meet with the wedding coordinator and present all documents . The bride and groom must be at the complex by (12:00 PM) or earlier in order to take the day of arrival into account as the first day.  Non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Catholic ceremony:  

Available only at Moon Palace Cancun.  The bride and groom must be legally married before performing the religious / Catholic ceremony.  Cost for use of the chapel and Father's services 850.00 USD.  The bride and groom must arrive at least (3) business days (Monday - Friday, not counting the arrival and date of the wedding) before the wedding ceremony to meet with the wedding coordinator and present all documents. Non-refundable in case of cancellation

Civil ceremony:

It is legally binding in Mexico. Blood tests and translation of documents will be performed on property (with additional charge, if applicable) A payment of $ 500USD will be required to block the date and time. Price of legal / civil ceremony.  It does not apply to wedding extras / additional services. Not available on Sundays or holidays. All the requirements will be detailed in the ceremony contract. The bride and groom must arrive at least (3) business days (Monday - Friday, not counting the arrival and date of the wedding) before the wedding ceremony to meet with the wedding coordinator and present all documents. Non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Private Events:

• Reservations of 10-19 rooms or 30 to 59 nights of stay, will entitle the Hotel to grant 1 hour of courtesy cocktail in external areas per stay (includes waiter service, food and beverages). 

• Reservations of 20-24 rooms or 60 to 74 nights of stay, will entitle the Hotel to grant 2 hours of complimentary private events in external areas per stay (includes waiter service, food and beverages). 

• Reservations of 25-35 rooms or 75 to 107 nights of stay, will entitle the Hotel to grant 9 hours of complimentary private events in external areas, which can be used for a maximum of 3 days (includes waiter service, food and beverages) . 

• Reservations of 36-50 rooms or 108-152 nights of stay, will entitle the Hotel to grant 10 hours of complimentary private events in external areas, which can be used for a maximum of 3 days (includes waiter service, food and beverages) . 

• Reservations of 51-99 rooms or 153-299 nights of stay, will entitle the Hotel to grant 15 hours of complimentary private events in external areas, which can be used for a maximum of 3 days (includes waiter service, food and beverages) . 

• Reservations of 100 or more rooms or 300 or more nights of stay, will entitle the Hotel to grant complimentary private events in outdoor areas, for unlimited days (5 hrs. Maximum per day) (includes waiter service, food and beverages) . 

• Drink  welcome and cold wipes on arrival

The Hotel will grant the Resort Credit Promotion: $ 500 USD in Resort Credit (For a 3-night stay) or $ 750 USD in Resort Credit (For a 4-night stay) or $ 1,500 USD in Resort Credit (For a stay of 5 to 8 nights). Resort Credit is based on per room per stay and can only be applied to the folio of each individual reservation. 16% taxes and services apply, which can be paid by the guest in cash.

Terms and Conditions:

• A minimum stay of 3 nights for the group. 5 nights in high season (December 24 - January 03, Easter April 05 to 12, 2020)

• Minimum 10 rooms to qualify as a group and obtain the benefits and amenities.

• Private events in option 2 must be for  3 hrs. Minimum and maximum 5 hours per day, unless the concessions are for less than 3 hours.

• All reservations must be requested within this contract. An extra charge for private events will apply for guests staying at other Resorts.

• The upgrades apply only during the official dates of the event. No refund applies
