Private events:
20-24 rooms for 3 nights or 60-74 hotel nights = one (1) private event for three (3) hours (it can be cocktail or dinner).
25-74 rooms for 3 nights or 75-224 hotel nights = Two (2) private events for three (3) hours each (they can be cocktail, dinner or both. Events must be used on different days. With a maximum three (3) hours per day.
75-99 rooms for 3 nights or 225-299 hotel nights = Two (2) private functions for four (4) hours each. (They can be dinner, cocktail or both) The events must be used on different days with a maximum of 4 hours per day.
100+ rooms for 3 nights or 300 hotel nights = Two (2) private functions for five (5) hours each (can be dinner, cocktail or both) Events must be used on different days with a maximum of 5 hours per day.
Groups 225+ quarter nights will receive 14 complimentary nights. (If the couple's stay is less than 14 nights, the rest of the nights may be awarded to a wedding guest at their discretion.
Private events in the lounge and outdoor areas using our established menus. For events in the beach area, an additional charge of $ 6.00 USD per person for setting up for cocktail and $ 12.00 per person for setting up for dinner. (exchange rate in effect on the day of the event)
NOTE: Outdoor events will be buffet style Plated dinners only are not allowed.
Complementary Nights:
The couple will receive one (1) complimentary night for every ten (10) paid fourth nights (up to a maximum of seven (7) complimentary nights). A charge of $ 10.00 usd per night for taxes and tips will be applied. (TC valid on the day of check in) + Groups 225 + fourth nights will receive 14 free nights. (If the couple's stay is less than 14 nights, the rest of the nights may be awarded to a wedding guest at their discretion.
The complementary nights must be used in a single reservation and apply only to the couple.
The complementary nights will be credited through a group contract and can be applied to the stay of the couple, as an extension; or to subsequent trips within 18 months (subject to hotel availability). They cannot be divided, they will have to be used in a single exhibition. Applicable to all wedding collections and complementary package for groups with a signed contract gathering a specific number of rooms.

Hard Rock Riviera Maya is located in front of the turquoise blue waters of the Mexican Caribbean, in a tropical paradise with a private white sand beach. This all-inclusive hotel is located in the surroundings of Puerto Aventuras, 28 kilometers from Playa del Carmen and its famous Fifth Avenue, a pedestrian street with multiple restaurants and shops. The archaeological sites of Tulum and Chichén Itzá are located 43 and 186 kilometers away respectively, while the Cancun International Airport (CUN) is located 79 kilometers away.
